HOW TEESSWAP WORKS

Three steps. One loop.

Every launch on TEESSWAP is a real Pons deployment on Robinhood Chain. Creator fees flow back as Bitcoin Ordinals for holders. This page is the full guide — read it before you launch.

1Launch on Pons

Create a token on Robinhood Chain through our wizard — deployed on-chain via the verified Pons V2 factory. Your token stays on Robinhood Chain with permanently locked liquidity after graduation.

2Collect creator fees

80% of your coin's creator fees fund Ordinals acquisitions from your chosen collection; 20% goes to the TEESSWAP treasury.

3Distribute Ordinals

When the budget reaches the collection floor, an inscription is purchased and balance-weighted holder draws determine the recipient.

1 Launching a token

Launching on TEESSWAP creates a real token on Robinhood Chain through the official Pons V2 factory contract. Nothing here is a simulation — the deployment transaction is signed by your own wallet and is permanently recorded on-chain.

  1. Connect your wallet. Click Connect Wallet in the header. We support any EVM wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, etc.). If your wallet is not on Robinhood Chain yet, the site offers to add it automatically (chain ID 4663). We never ask for your seed phrase or private key — only a public connection.
  2. Fill in token details. Name (max 64 chars), ticker (max 16), description (max 2048), and optional social links. These limits come from the Pons factory contract itself — the wizard enforces them before you spend anything.
  3. Add a token image (optional). PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 2 MB. Your image is center-cropped to a square in your browser, uploaded to our server, and only the short image URL is written on-chain — exactly how Pons and SatSweep handle it. This keeps your transaction small and cheap.
  4. Pick a Bitcoin collection. This is the Ordinals collection your community's fees will buy from. Pick the one your holders actually want — floor price and supply are shown for each collection.
  5. Review & deploy. The wizard first dry-runs the transaction (a simulation against the live contract). If anything would fail, you see a human-readable reason and nothing is spent. Only when the simulation passes does your wallet ask you to confirm the real transaction.
  6. Pay the launch fee. Pons charges a flat 0.0005 ETH launch fee plus a small amount of gas. Make sure you have a little more than 0.0005 ETH on Robinhood Chain before deploying.
After deployment Your token address and bonding curve address appear instantly, with links to the explorer. Your launch is also listed in our Launches directory so holders can find it.

2 Where the money flows

Every trade of your token generates fees on Pons. Here is the complete flow, from a single trade to a Bitcoin Ordinal in a holder's wallet:

StageWhat happensWho receives it
Trade feeEvery buy/sell on the bonding curve (and later on Uniswap V4) carries a protocol fee.Pons protocol
Creator taxAn optional 0–10% tax on trades, set at launch. This is the engine of TEESSWAP.Split per our model ↓
80% shareAccumulates as the acquisition budget for the chosen Bitcoin collection.Ordinal purchases for holders
20% shareFunds operations, infrastructure and the project treasury.TEESSWAP treasury

The split is enforced by where the creator-fee recipient points at launch and is published on this site — you can check the treasury balance live in the Treasury section.

3 Bonding curve & graduation

Your token starts life on a bonding curve — a built-in market where price rises automatically as supply is bought. No liquidity pool is needed at launch, so no one can pull liquidity that was never there.

Graduation thresholdWhen the curve accumulates roughly 4.2 ETH in buys, the token graduates: liquidity migrates to Uniswap V4 automatically.
Permanently locked liquidityGraduated liquidity is locked forever — there is no LP token anyone can withdraw. A rug-pull by removing liquidity is structurally impossible.
Snipe protectionAt launch a decaying tax (starting near 99%, falling to 0) punishes same-block bots, giving real buyers a fair entry.
Same chain, foreverTokens live on Robinhood Chain and never migrate elsewhere. Contract standards stay stable for tooling and integrations.

4 How Ordinals are acquired

The acquisition loop turns EVM-side fees into Bitcoin-side collectibles. It runs in public, one cycle at a time:

  1. Budget accumulates. The 80% holder share of creator fees collects in the launch's acquisition budget, denominated in ETH on Robinhood Chain.
  2. Floor check. Each collection shows a live floor price (in BTC). When the budget can cover the floor plus fees, an acquisition unlocks.
  3. Purchase. The team buys an inscription from the chosen collection on a public Ordinals marketplace (e.g. ORD.NET / UniSat), via standard PSBT transactions — the purchase is visible on the Bitcoin blockchain like any other.
  4. Announcement. The acquired inscription (ID, image, transaction) is published in the Claims section and announcement bar before the draw.
  5. Holder draw & delivery. A winner is drawn (next section) and the inscription is transferred to the winner's Bitcoin address on-chain.
Honest note Moving value from Robinhood Chain to Bitcoin requires bridging/swapping steps that no smart contract can fully automate yet. This is why we publish every step — budget, purchase tx, inscription ID, and delivery tx — so the community can audit the whole loop instead of trusting promises.

5 Holder draws & claims

Acquired Ordinals go to token holders — not to the team. Draws are balance-weighted: the more of the token you hold at snapshot time, the higher your chance. One wallet, one entry; the team and treasury wallets are excluded.

  1. Snapshot. Holder balances are read from the token contract at a published block height.
  2. Weighted draw. Each holder's weight equals their share of eligible supply. The draw input (block hash + holder list) is published so anyone can re-run it.
  3. Claim window. The winner is announced and must submit a Bitcoin (Taproot) receiving address — only a public address, never keys.
  4. Delivery & record. The inscription is transferred on Bitcoin and the payout appears in the Claims table with the winner, inscription and date, permanently.

6 Verify everything yourself

Don't trust — check. Every claim this site makes maps to data you can read independently:

ClaimWhere to verify
Token & curve existRobinhood Chain explorer — search the token address from your deploy receipt (robinhoodchain.blockscout.com)
Launch fee & creator taxRead the verified Pons V2 factory contract 0x7ed5…ec7e — source is public on the explorer
Treasury balanceThe Treasury section reads balances live from the chain RPC and mempool.space — refresh and compare with your own wallet
Ordinal purchasesEach inscription ID resolves on any Ordinals explorer (ordinals.com, ORD.NET) with full ownership history
PayoutsDelivery transactions are Bitcoin transactions — check the txid on mempool.space

7 Safety rules

We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet "verification" signatures. Connecting a wallet only shares your public address. The only signatures we request are the transactions you explicitly deploy or approve, shown in full by your wallet.
  1. Bookmark this URL. Phishing clones are the #1 way users lose funds. Always check the domain before connecting.
  2. Read every wallet prompt. A legitimate deploy on this site only ever asks for the 0.0005 ETH launch fee plus gas — never unlimited token approvals to unknown contracts.
  3. Start small. Test with a small amount first; verify the token appears on the explorer before promoting it.
  4. Verify the factory. Deploys go to Pons V2 factory 0x7ed598bcef8bd9edd8c97a195c6d13f40801ec7e — confirm this address in your wallet prompt matches what the Contracts section shows.
  5. Team contact happens in public. Admins never DM first asking for funds or keys.

? Frequently asked questions

Is my token a real on-chain token?
Yes. Deploying through TEESSWAP calls the official Pons V2 factory on Robinhood Chain from your own wallet. The token contract and bonding curve are created by that transaction and are visible on the public explorer immediately.
What does launching cost?
A flat 0.0005 ETH launch fee charged by Pons, plus network gas (usually a small fraction of that on Robinhood Chain). The wizard checks your balance and simulates the transaction before you confirm, so a failed launch never costs you the fee.
Can the liquidity be rug-pulled?
No. When a token graduates (~4.2 ETH on the curve), its liquidity migrates to Uniswap V4 and is permanently locked — there is no LP token for anyone to withdraw. This is enforced by the Pons contracts, not by us.
Who gets the Ordinals — and how do I know draws are fair?
Only token holders. Draws are balance-weighted at a published snapshot block, team/treasury wallets are excluded, and the draw inputs are published so anyone can re-run them. Every payout is listed in the Claims section with the inscription ID and Bitcoin transaction.
Do I need to give my seed phrase or sign anything strange?
Never. We only need your public wallet connection and, for payouts, a public Bitcoin receiving address. Any site or person asking for a seed phrase is a scam — including impersonators of us.
What happens if my launch transaction fails?
The wizard simulates the exact transaction against the live contract first. If it would revert, you get a plain-English reason (e.g. name too long, fee missing, config disabled) and can fix it — nothing is spent on a failed simulation.
Is TEESSWAP affiliated with Pons, Robinhood, or SatSweep?
No. We are an independent launchpad that deploys through the public, verified Pons V2 factory — the same way SatSweep does. Robinhood Chain is a public network; using it implies no affiliation with Robinhood Markets.
